What is the Incredible Years programme?
It is a 14 week course which will explore the rewards and challenges of being a parent with children aged 3-5 years old and will cover topics such as:
Praise and Rewards
Setting Effective Limits
Ways to manage behaviour
Would you would like to know more about how to strengthen your skills in playing with your child, learn how to prevent difficult behaviour and promote your child’s self-esteem, learning and development? If the answer is YES then book your place.

It can signpost parents and families to seek help and support around finding childcare, guidance for new families, parent & toddler groups, child health, local children’s centre facilities and family support group.
